What can I expect when I join this ministry?
Each lector receives a yearly lectionary of readings to help the individual with difficult pronunciations, understanding of where the reading fits in scripture, and how the readings fit together for an individual worship service. After attending a few meetings, most lectors feel comfortable with being scheduled to lector at Mass. Masses are Saturday evenings at 5pm and Sundays at 8, 10 and 5pm in English. Monthly schedules are emailed to each lector, and our schedules are also posted online at on this page.
